Please note that the functionality of Call Recorder depends on your carrier's support for 3-way calling. Kindly be aware that SimpleTalk and H2o Wireless do not currently offer this feature in the US.

How to Record Outgoing Calls:

1. Launch the app and press the RECORD button on the home screen. This will automatically dial your local service number.
2. Once connected to our recording number, tap the Add Call button to select your desired contact.
3. Merge the existing call with our recording line by tapping the Merge button. This will create a 3-way call.
4. Your recorded conversation will be available within the app as soon as it is completed.

How to Record Incoming Calls:

1. Answer the incoming call.
2. Press the Home Screen button and open the Call Recorder app.
3. Tap the Record button to put the existing call on hold. Your phone will then dial your local service number.
4. After connecting to the recording number, tap Merge Calls to initiate a 3-way call between your existing call and our recording line.
5. Your recorded conversation will be available within the app as soon as it is completed.

Please be aware that due to the secure nature of the iOS operating system, automatic recording of calls, both incoming and outgoing, is not possible. The only method available for recording calls on iOS devices is by creating a 3-way call with a recording number.

Subscription Information:

This app offers a convenient auto-renewing subscription option called "Standard Subscription," providing access to all features:

• Subscription options include weekly, monthly, or yearly plans
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• Canceled subscriptions will remain active until their expiration date, granting continued access to all subscribed content. Auto-renewal will be disabled, and no further charges will be applied
• A trial period may be available for evaluation. Please note that after the trial period ends, you will be billed for the subscription and it will automatically renew
• Any unused portion of a trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscribing
